Exterior impressions...

It is really important to take a critical look at the exterior and front garden of your property as many people are easily put off if the first glimpse doesn't appeal and they miss the opportunity of seeing what could be the perfect house. Some will even drive away and cancel an appointment! I know as I have done this myself on the odd occasion! Some tidying and a little cosmetic work can really make the difference between getting a buyer in the front door or losing them at the gate.
