Weekends and Bank Holidays or single hour sessions can be arranged and are charged at an additional £5 per hour above the standard rates. |

Rates for Project Management and design services will be quoted after initial discussions and according to your specific requirements and the scale of work or project. |

Prices are based on East Sussex and Kent areas although other areas further afield can be covered by arrangement. I am based in East Sussex.
Payment is by cash or cheque at the end of each session (*unless paid in advance). If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, 48 hours notice is usually required.
Travel costs for up to 45 minutes each way (90 minutes in total) are included in the hourly price. Any travel that takes longer than 90 minutes for one session will be charged at approximately 50% of the standard hourly rate.
Confidentiality & Privacy All Client information, both business and personal, will be kept strictly confidential and the code of ethics of APDO adhered to in every sense. When unable or unqualified to fulfil requests for services, I will make every effort to recommend the service of other appropriate organisers and/or other qualified professionals. I will communicate my fees and expenses in advance, and will charge fees and expenses, which I deem reasonable, legitimate, and commensurate with my experience, the services I deliver, and the responsibility I accept.
